ethanrinkismissing.com is a promotional website for the musical recording Ethan Rink Is Missing, operated by Unconstrained, LLC ("we", "us"). The site presents a work of fiction. This privacy policy does not.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- Your phone number, if you call our tip line.
- Voice recordings, if you leave one after the recorded greeting.
- Your email address, if you submit it to the mailing list form.
We do not collect location data, contacts, payment details, or any other information from your device.
HOW WE USE IT
To reply to you, to send you updates about the release, and — where you have left a voice recording after hearing the consent notice in the greeting — to publish selected recordings on this website as part of the fiction. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or email address. Information is shared only with the vendors required to operate the service — our telephony provider (Twilio), our email provider, and our website host (Cloudflare) — and only so they can deliver it. Your phone number and email address are never shared with any third party for their own use.
If you join the mailing list we email you occasional updates about the release — expect no more than a few messages per month. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
OPTING OUT
Use the unsubscribe link in any email. To have your phone number, voice recording, or email address removed from our records entirely, email tips@ethanrinkismissing.com and we will delete them.
RETENTION
We keep this information only while the campaign is running, and delete it within 90 days of the campaign ending or of your request, whichever comes first.
CHILDREN
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
